2. Service Description
Grok Exporter helps you export conversations from grok.com and the Grok route on x.com into PDF, DOCX, Markdown, HTML, TXT, JSON, ZIP, or clipboard output. You can export the last answer, a short full thread, selected messages, or a Pro custom range. Export controls may appear directly on the conversation screen and in the Chrome extension popup.
3. Free And Pro Access
Free use includes short single-conversation PDF, DOCX, TXT, clipboard, selected-message export, and one successful three-conversation batch trial. Long conversations, larger selected-message sets, recurring batch use, advanced archive formats, custom ranges, watermark controls, restore support, and other paid functionality shown on the pricing page require Pro.
- Pro licenses are tied to the purchase email.
- Each Pro license may be activated on up to 3 trusted devices.
- Device access may be revoked from support or admin tools when needed.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, And Cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled. If a subscription is canceled, Pro access remains available through the current paid period. One-time plans provide lifetime Pro access for the purchased product version and supported service.
If a recurring payment fails, a bounded grace period may temporarily preserve Pro while you update the payment method for the existing subscription and retry the exact overdue invoice. Unpaid future periods are not treated as paid. Subscription cancellation remains available through the customer management page and support. When a customer explicitly asks to stop after a failed renewal, support may cancel the subscription immediately and void only that verified open unpaid invoice.
Pricing, discounts, and included features may change for future purchases.
5. Restore And Email Access
Purchase restore uses the purchase email and one-time restore links or codes. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account. Restore links may expire and may be limited to trusted devices for license protection.
6. Exported Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the conversations and files you export, store, share, or publish. Only export content you have permission to use. You must handle confidential information, personal data, third-party material, and workplace or client data according to the rules that apply to you.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use Grok Exporter to violate laws, bypass access controls, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute harmful content, overload backend services, reverse engineer paid license checks, or interfere with the extension, checkout, restore, or admin systems.
8. Privacy
Conversation export processing happens in the extension. The backend supports checkout, license validation, restore, analytics events, email messages, and admin support. Analytics exclude conversation content, prompts, titles, URLs, and email addresses. See the Privacy page for more detail.
9. Availability And Platform Changes
The extension depends on Chrome APIs, browser behavior, and Grok page structure. Export behavior, inline controls, format support, or Pro features may change when Chrome, Grok, Stripe, email providers, hosting providers, or related platforms update.
10. No Warranty
Grok Exporter is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect formatting, compatibility with every Grok page state, or preservation of every piece of source content in every export format.
11. Liability Limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grok Exporter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the extension, exported files, license services, checkout, or restore features.
12. Changes And Contact
These Terms may be updated when product behavior, pricing, checkout, restore, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
